Do you ship internationally?
No—unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time, but we plan to in the near future so please check back in a few months.

How much does shipping cost?

How long will it take my package to ship?
We usually ship within 3 days of order placement and packages typically take 3-7 days to ship to you.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes we do.
Is your shipping packaging discreet?
Absolutely! Your items will ship in plain boxes with no logos—only our name listed as "PPK."
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Customers can return any unused items within 90 days of their order leaving our facility. Please see our return policies for more information.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once a return is received and processed, the card originally used for the purcahse will be refunded. Funds may take as many as 7-10 days to show up in your account depending on your bank's policy.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, unused items can be exchanged for 90 days from the time it ships to you from our facility. Please see our returns policy for details.
What do I do if my order is damaged or incomplete?
We are so sorry! We take great care in packaging your purchase securely. In the unlikely event something happened, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will express ship you a replacement at our expense.
